First off, my compliments to Noah at the front desk. He was incredibly kind on my arrival and departure, but was also super helpful during a few other touchpoint during my stay. Could easily be working at a Ritz Carlton with his customer service skills. The hotel itself is tired. Floors pop & creak, fireplace in the room didn’t work, and I had (ironically) two issues with doors. My first room door didn’t lock and my second room’s door wouldn’t unlock — with me stuck in the room! Thankfully they got me out. All in all it had a hot shower, cold fridge, comfy bed, and close proximity to where I needed to be… all you really need in a hotel room. And as mentioned, the service was great. Stay here every summer for a girls weekend in one of the two-bedroom suites. Always have a great experience - staff is friendly, rooms are clean. This past summer, had an extra room and some additional requests and Raechyl at the front desk made it all happen. I kept missing the manager to get some things straightened out with my account/points and Raechyl was able to take care of everything. She made me feel valued as a rewards member and like she genuinely cared about providing the best customer service she could. The staff as a whole has always been accommodating, but she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
We stayed 12/23/25-12/28/25. Our room was clean, spacious. We were greeted with smiles and a “gift bag”. Ample parking. Mimi, Odalys, and Rachel were super friendly, helpful, and just so very pleasant. This is our second stay in a few months here and we will definitely be coming back. Nice variety for breakfast, always hot. We highly recommend this particular hotel!!!
Not sure why alot of reviews are bad. Rooms were clean, staff incredible and breakfast was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again. Pool not open but they are doing a major renovation.
Got a two bedroom suite. The only complaints I would have is that the pool is closed permanently and the fire pit conversation area is very small. The fireplace doesn’t work. The breakfast was really good. The room was clean. There are obvious signs of distress on things such as furniture and some of the walls overall not bad it was clean..
My go-to hotel in the area offers free breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
They are renovating the rooms. The ones that are done look really nice and modern
We had stayed at this location many times, it's very comfortable place,everything is clean, nice room layout with a small kitchen corner in the suite with a small dining set and staffs are friendly, best breakfast included If there is a bone to pick, will be need to update their website, because "THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL"
